Orders are shipped from Arlington, Texas. This shipping policy applies to RTD Gifts and the online storefronts operated by RTD Gifts.

When your order ships

Orders normally ship by the next business day after payment, or sooner. Any longer handling time stated on a product page applies to that item.

For example, an order placed on Friday normally ships on Monday. If Monday is a postal holiday, it normally ships on Tuesday. Handling time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

Shipping destinations and costs

We currently ship to the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not currently available.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Any applicable shipping promotion is reflected in your order total.

USPS delivery estimates

The following are estimated transit times after shipment:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 days.
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 days.

Allow for weekends and holidays when planning your order. Ground Advantage and Priority Mail transit times are estimates. Priority Mail Express delivery commitments depend on the service, destination, and USPS acceptance time; eligible USPS terms and exceptions apply. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Scheduled local delivery

Local delivery is available to eligible addresses near Arlington, Texas. See our local delivery area map for the approximate service area.

When local delivery is available for your order, select it at checkout and choose an available date and time. Same-day service may be available. Our stated delivery hours are Monday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m.; the options offered at checkout determine availability for your order.

Gift orders and receipts

Orders include a packing slip without prices, which is useful when sending a gift or shipping to someone else. To request a paper receipt with prices, add a comment to your order before it ships. You can also view your order in Order History and print your receipt.
